Leaderboard 🏆
What is the Snklp-AI Leaderboard?
The leaderboard helps you see where you stand against other learners.
- Each core practice module (Interview Trainer, Quiz Coach, Code Practice, Group Discussion) has its own leaderboard.
- Each leaderboard shows the top 10 learners by default (the size is configurable) so you can quickly scan the most consistent performers.
- An overall leaderboard highlights the most consistent all-round performers.
- Rankings are based on your recent performance in fixed rolling windows (last 7, 30, and 90 days).
The minimum number of attempts required to appear is the highest value (up to the configured default of 3) such that at least the top 10 learners meet it. When fewer than 10 people qualify, we fall back to the highest attempts seen so far so you still get a leaderboard snapshot.
How is my leaderboard score calculated?
Your score reflects your overall performance in each module.
- Performance: We look at the quality of your answers, scores, or evaluations (each graded on a 0–100 scale).
- Difficulty: Harder questions or tasks contribute more to your score than easier ones.
- Consistency: Repeated strong performance across multiple attempts is rewarded via a weighted average.
The combination of these signals produces a weighted average score (displayed with one decimal place) that is easy to compare on the leaderboard.
Why does the leaderboard only count my best attempts?
We focus on your top-performing recent attempts to encourage continuous improvement. One bad attempt (or technical issue) will not permanently drag down your rank, and you can safely retry and push for better scores without fear of hurting your position. More practice is always rewarded because only your strongest recent attempts are considered.
What time windows are used for rankings?
- Last 7 days: Short-term performance and recent streaks.
- Last 30 days: Medium-term consistency.
- Last 90 days: Long-term learning and stability.
These windows are fixed and rolling, so only your activity within each period counts for that view.
When do I appear on the leaderboard?
You appear on a module’s leaderboard once you complete the current minimum number of recent attempts (for example, at least 3). That requirement is elevated only when at least 10 learners meet it; if fewer qualify, we relax the threshold to the highest attempts anyone has logged so the leaderboard remains populated. Before you cross the threshold you may see a preview of your potential score.
How is the overall leaderboard calculated?
The overall leaderboard combines your scores from the four core practice modules—Interview Trainer, Quiz Coach, Code Practice, and Group Discussion—to reflect your all-round performance. You appear here only if you are active in all four modules.
How are ties handled?
If two or more users have the same score, we use recent performance within the selected time window as a tiebreaker. The user with stronger recent results appears higher.
Is practicing more penalized?
No. Extra practice cannot reduce your rank. We only consider your strongest recent attempts, so experimenting and retrying is always safe.
How is my privacy protected on the leaderboard?
We show only your chosen display name and avatar on public leaderboards. Your raw answers, detailed feedback, and personal files are not visible to other users. If you do not set a name, we show an anonymized label instead.
Where can I see live rankings?
Visit the Leaderboard page to view real-time rankings, check your current position, confirm your eligibility, and track how your score changes over 7-, 30-, and 90-day windows.
