This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011, requiring the publishing of rules, regulations, privacy policy, and Terms of Use for accessing and using the Snklp-AI platform, including but not limited to the website www.snklp.ai, mobile applications, and other related services (collectively referred to as the Platform). The Platform is operated and owned by Prometheia Power Pvt Ltd, with its registered office at Villa No-15, G-FLOOR, Aditya Casagrande, Gandipet, K.V.Rangareddy, Shankarpally, Telangana, India, 500075.
By accessing or using the Platform, you ("User", "You") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms of Use"), including all applicable policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the Platform.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
- By using the Platform, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.
2. Account Creation and Use
- To access certain features, you may need to create an account by providing accurate and complete information such as your name, email address, and password.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities carried out under it.
- You agree not to impersonate another individual, share your login credentials, or misuse the Platform in any unlawful way.
3. Permitted Use
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes, specifically to access career-related tools and resources such as training, resume enhancement, interview preparation, and other services provided by Snklp-AI. You shall not use the Platform to:
- Violate any law or regulation.
- Infringe upon intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Transmit harmful, defamatory, obscene, or offensive material.
- Spam, harass, or abuse others.
- Attempt unauthorized access to the Platform or its systems.
4. Services, Charges, and Payments
- Some features of the Platform may be free, while others may require payment.
- You will be informed of applicable charges prior to subscribing or purchasing any paid service.
- Payments once made are non-refundable except as specifically stated in our Refund Policy.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
- All content, design, trademarks, graphics, software, and material on the Platform are owned by or licensed to Snklp-AI.
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
6. Data Privacy
- We collect and process certain personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.
- By using the Platform, you consent to such collection and processing.
- We take reasonable measures to secure your data but cannot guarantee absolute security against unauthorized access.
7. Limitation of Liability
- The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or accuracy of content.
- Snklp-AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Snklp-AI, its directors, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective once posted on the Platform. Continued use after such modifications indicates your acceptance.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad.
